This website is operated by Gallery Dod FZE, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity and authority required in your jurisdiction, to submit a project enquiry or artist application.
Information, not a project agreement
The website presents Gallery Dod’s practice, selected work and general capabilities. It is not an offer, quotation, guarantee, technical specification or professional advice. Project scope, rights, fees, programme, safety obligations and deliverables are created only by a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
Project archive and credits
Case studies are presented as a record of Gallery Dod’s involvement and may include client, artist, supplier or venue names and materials used with permission or for legitimate portfolio reference. Brand names and third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship of the website.
Archive text, figures and credits may be refined as project records are checked. Contact Gallery Dod if you believe a credit or factual statement requires correction.
Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the site’s design, compilation, copy, Gallery Dod marks, production documentation and original media are owned by or licensed to Gallery Dod. Individual artworks, client assets, artist portfolios and third-party marks remain subject to their respective rights.
You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, train a model on, commercially exploit, remove credits from or create derivative materials from site content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Permitted use
You must not interfere with site security; attempt unauthorised access; submit malware; impersonate another person; harvest personal information; use automated extraction at unreasonable volume; or submit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, confidential or rights-infringing material.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
Enquiries and confidentiality
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige Gallery Dod to accept a project, reserve availability or keep unsolicited information confidential. Do not submit highly confidential material until an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place.
Gallery Dod will nevertheless handle personal information according to the Privacy Notice and will use reasonable discretion when reviewing commercially sensitive briefs.
Artist information
The website does not operate as a public directory of artist identities or direct contact details. Artist applications are governed by the separate Artist Application Terms and Privacy Notice. A project client does not acquire any right to contact, represent or engage an artist merely by viewing Gallery Dod project materials.
External links and availability
Links to third-party portfolios, platforms or services are provided for convenience. Gallery Dod does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. The site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice, including for maintenance or security.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as available” without implied warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Subject to mandatory law, Gallery Dod is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on this informational website. Separate project agreements govern liability connected with paid services.
International users and governing law
You are responsible for complying with laws applicable where you access the site. These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable to Gallery Dod FZE in its place of establishment, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their home jurisdiction.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or a written contract specifies another forum, disputes concerning the website are subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Gallery Dod FZE. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
Changes
Gallery Dod may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, business or law. Updated terms apply from the date posted. Material changes will not retrospectively alter an already signed project agreement.
