Artist-led personalisation
What happened
One model,
many individual expressions.
The Axel Arigato activation invited artist George Rollo to treat each shoe as an individual work, creating a direct bridge between studio practice, product and customer.
Gallery Dod coordinated the artist-led format so the live process, product handling and finished pieces all worked together as one clear in-store experience.
How Gallery Dod delivered it
The format stayed clear.
The outcomes stayed individual.
A repeatable activation still needs space for genuine variation. The artist worked within an agreed visual and material framework, then responded to each product as a new composition.
The result was a live experience with a coherent identity and a collection of finished pieces that remained unmistakably one of one.
